The hotel has excellent and lovely location very close to the sea front. The staff are absolutely friendly and amiable, and the host too. The breakfast is cheap with fabulous hot English tea in individual generous teapots, has good food.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Arcadia as well as the beach.

Make sure to ask about the variety of breakfast options available. there's something delicious for everyone to enjoy.

Easy access to parking, though it's a bit tight. The ambiance gives off a cute vibe, and the common areas are surprisingly tidy for a guest house.

Space can be a bit cramped, especially in the twin room. The external bathroom is rather small and might pose challenges for larger travelers. Don't expect the plush comfort of a high-end hotel. The beds could use a softer touch for a better night's sleep, while the heating situation leaves something to be desired, especially in bathrooms. If you're hoping to enjoy breakfast on a flexible schedule, you'll need to plan ahead, as it's offered at set times only, which might not work for early risers.

Great stay with amazing hosts!

Just wrapped up a 5-night stay, and wow! Gaynor and David were so cute. The room was comfy, and I loved that they had snacks and teas ready-a perfect late-night treat. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and cereals. Only thing, parking can be a bit tight sometimes. Such a lovely experience!

The thoughtful flower arrangements at breakfast created such a cheerful atmosphere, and I appreciated the warm welcome from the hosts, who went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

A cute atmosphere with friendly staff. Breakfast was generous and aromatic, a definite highlight, while the location was conveniently central with private parking available. Unfortunately, the attic room felt uncomfortably cold, especially the bathroom that lacked heating, and the hard beds disrupted sleep quality.

I had an amazing three-night stay where I enjoyed the delightful home-cooked breakfasts and the beautiful garden flowers greeting me every morning. With the beach just a couple of minutes away and lovely seaside walks right outside, relaxation was easy peasy. 🌞

David and Natalie were cute. The room was clean and well-furnished, and breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including a full English breakfast made fresh each morning. The thoughtful daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and cookies added a lovely touch. One area for improvement might be to enhance the shared bathroom facilities, as they felt a bit cramped at times.
